Hi all, I would like to say a special 'thanks' to all the horse
lovers who purchased one of my designs at the Equine Experience
in Paso Robles earlier this month. I am now getting ready to attend
the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento in June. I have recently
completed a set on mini-sculptures and a new line of rocking horses....pictures
are coming soon. Please feel free to email me if you are interested
in getting early information about the new designs.
A Short About the Artist
Jewelry artist Susan Wells emphasizes that her equestrian jewelry
is for people who love horses above any particular discipline. "I
was introduced to horses when I was very young and I've been through
numerous stages. I learned something from every discipline but mostly
I learned how amazing horses are. Sue studied various methods of
jewelry making including metalworking, sculpting, and wax carving.
Sue's current line is completely hand carved from wax, cast and
hand finished. The pieces are sterling silver with Swarovski crystals,
however, they can also be orderd in white gold, yellow or rose gold
and a variety of semi-precious or precious stones.
